Meet the Founder: Nina Andrys

In the heart of Nottingham, where journey toward natural beauty led to the creation of Lelya Cosmetics.   

 My story began in Poland, where I worked in the pharmaceutical industry with access to premium skincare brands such

as Avene, Lierac or La Roche-Posay.   

 After moving to the UK, I faced new skin challenges—my Slovakian skin, known for being gentle, capillar, and acne-prone, reacted strongly to the change. Without my trusted products and facing hormonal changes, I struggled with dryness and painful breakouts.   

 Balancing work, family, education and self-care as an independent mother became essential. This necessity sparked a passion for creating my own skincare products. Leveraging pharmaceutical background, I began blending natural ingredients to address different skin concerns. The results were transformative, not only for me but also for friends and family who benefited from my creations. Their positive feedback inspired me to share these products with a broader audience.
