SHIPPING POLICY

Order Placement and Processing:

  • Order Window: Place your orders from Wednesday to Sunday.

  • Manufacturing Days: Embracing freshness, we dedicate Mondays and Tuesdays to meticulously crafting our products.

  • Shipping Days: Orders leave our premises on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Expect your order within up to 3 working days from its shipping date.

  • Next Day Delivery:

    • Available based on our manufacturing schedule and current demand.

    • Typically, orders manufactured on Monday are shipped on Tuesday, and those manufactured on Tuesday are shipped on Wednesday.

    • Please Note: During periods of high demand, the schedule for next day delivery may vary. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain the highest quality of our products.

  • Carriers: We rely on DPD, Royal Mail, and Evri for secure and tracked delivery.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Delivery Fee: £2.90 for orders below £49.00. (until 14.09, below £15)

  • Free Standard Shipping: For orders over £49.00. (until 14.09, over £15)

  • A Gift for You: Orders over £12.00 come with a complimentary sample, showcasing our latest creations.

Packaging:

Eco-Conscious Packaging: In line with our environmental commitment, your products will be packaged using eco-friendly materials.

Tracking Your Order:

Keep an eye on your package with a tracking number provided via email once your order is dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Handling Damaged Parcels

If you notice that your parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, we kindly ask that you refuse to accept the collection from the courier. This will help expedite the process of resolving the issue and ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition.

General Returns

At Lelya Cosmetics, we aim for your complete satisfaction with our natural skincare products. If you wish to return a product for any reason, we offer a no-quibble replacement or refund for all goods returned to us unused within 28 days of purchase.

Cancellation Rights

You have a legal right to cancel your order until the date we confirm your order has been dispatched. If the products have been delivered to you, you have 14 days to cancel, starting the day after you receive the products.

Return Process for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the event that your products are damaged, faulty, or not as described, please inform us and return the items to us within 28 days of receipt. For us to process your exchange or refund effectively, we kindly request that you provide proof, such as photos, of the damaged or incorrect items. This helps us ensure the integrity of our products and service.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5 calendar days of receiving the returned products or evidence of such return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note, if you are returning an order due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, in cases of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly described products, we will cover the additional postage costs.
